Very sorry to hear about your back, I've been going to a spine specialist physical theapist for the past few weeks for mine. It's helping a lot but unfortunately it's a life long disease (osteoarthritis and DDD)that is only going to get worse with age.
Call me, maybe I can help you with what I have recently learned. Laverene has invested a $1000 in PT for me in the last month, I better have learned something |

| Did drugs all day Sat...backs feeling alot better, I will try to restrain from lifting and pulling on so much heavy stuff.Don't want to go through that again!! Can't wait to RACE and crossing fingers for warmer weather..BURR!!! |
